Bioshock on the PC

Big stompy things in turn of the centuary dive suits and tiny little girls shoving syringes in anything that moves - all running around a lovely Art Deco underwater city... This can only be Bioshock.

Was Halo 3 the most anticipated, most successful and most anticipated game on the 360 ? I don't know of course, I found it pretty damn good, so here's the ending from the Legendary play through.

Tomb Raider: Anniversary on the PS2

This is the way to do an Anniversary edition, you chuck out everything that aged over the last 10 years, but you keep the girl with the big boobies in it.

Saints Row - a game about driving, shooting, doing drugs, blowing shit up... but most memorable for the fatest ugliest hookers ever seen in a game. *shudder*

The Lengend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the N64

Is Ocarina of Time the best Zelda game ever, or simply the best game ever. That debate may well roll on forever, it's a fantastic game though, and another great Zelda ending. With great thanks to Omega for the capture

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:08:53 30-04-2007

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:12:22 19-03-2007

Luigi's Mansion on the Gamecube

This game is worth playing solely from the fact that hitting the A button causes Luigi to shout "Mario" quite pathetically in 4 different inflections. All the ghosty stuff is a nice bonus though.

Dropship: United Peace Force on the Playstation 2

Ooh, it's another of those boring fly-em-ups nobody ever buys because they don't have any Anime-stylings in them, it's not from a Japanese developer and so on. Hah, your loss 'cos it's ace! \(^_^)/

Call of Duty 2 on the Xbox 360

Wow, our first 360 game ending.. how exciting. Well actually, the ending itself is almost nothing in this game, but it's this nice sequence that plays during the credits that's great to watch.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening on the Gameboy

Or Gamecube if you want to get technical/pedantic. Link gets himself into all kinds of trouble again. This time actually getting into some thing's head and screwing up their dreams. That crazy little green fella. But then again, if he was the nice little green fella next door, then the best Gameboy game would never have happened so, erm, well done!

Still Life on the Xbox

The ending to a stylish little adventure game, and the only one I'm aware of where you'll need to consult a cookery book in order to complete it.

Posted by CurryKitten at 22:53:00 31-05-2006

Fahrenheit on the Xbox

There's three endings to this innovative, if slightly weird adventure(ish) game. See if you can spot the common theme that runs through them... it's very subtly hidden.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:44:00 11-05-2006

StarFox Assult of the Gamecube

Almost universally panned by critics, it's nice to see someone stuck with it to the end, and took the trouble to send us the results. Whilst we all wait for a "proper" Starfox game, here's the ending to Starfox Assult, with thanks to Matt Corongiu for the capture.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:32:00 10-05-2006

Ace Combat 5 of the PS2

One fact that's undeniable about any air combat game is that pretending that you're in Top Gun will make you play better. I suggest wearing Rayban Aviators and randomly going up to people and shouting "I feel the need... the need for speed" before attempting to hi-five them. Then, and only then, are you ready for this game. Cheers to magic L0rd for the capture.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:55:00 30-03-2006

Final Fantasy 9 on the PSX

Just like waiting for a bus, you sit there for ages, and then two FF endings come along at once, so part 9 then. The one after part 8 and before part 10... perhaps I should stop typing past midnight as gibberish tends to come out. Thanks to Tony G for the capture once again.

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:51:00 22-03-2006

Final Fantasy 8 on the PSX

Mostly, the thing heard about FFVIII is that it was the one that came out after the hugely successful FFVII. But this one is a very different style of game. Thanks to Tony G for the capture

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:50:00 22-03-2006

Ecco the Dolphin on the Dreamcast

The only problem with featuring DC games on this is that feeling of nostalgia kicking in. I'll be playing Shenmue or somehting all night now. Here's the ending to the lovely game Ecco, or to give it's full and proper name; "Ecco the Dophin: Defender of the Future" captured by aquatic mammal expert magic L0rd

Posted by CurryKitten at 20:20:00 17-03-2006

Transformers on the PS2

A huge thank you to master Ninja Kayin for this clip

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:01:00 20-02-2006

Perfect Dark on the N64

Before the very Average "next gen" Perfect Dark, there was this highly excellent N64 version. A perfect illustration of why new and shiney is not always better. As long as no one mentions Elvis that is. Thanks to magic L0rd for the capture.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:27:00 15-01-2006

Deus Ex: Invisible War on the Xbox

Is it an FPS, or is it an RPG ? Depends how you play it I guess, but suffice to say, it's an FPS which is just a tad deeper than the norm. There's four very distinct endings on offer here as captured by magic L0rd .

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:21:00 15-01-2006

Oddworld: Strangers Wrath on the Xbox

Another one of those games that many more people should have bought, but got sadly passed by - with the ending captured once again by magic L0rd . The ending CGI on this game is simply stunning.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:39:00 21-12-2005

Panzer Dragoon Saga on the Saturn

Another classic, and not to mention expensive RPG, this time on the Saturn. Not exactly known for it's quality RPGs, the Saturn - an amazing range of 2d shooters, then along comes a 4 disc epic that got quite a limited releases which has no pushed the price of the game up to stupid levels. magic L0rd , who managed to pick this up for £10 (bastard) has kindly finished the game anc captured the ending.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:37:00 21-12-2005

Final Fantasy VII on the PSX

There's not many games out there that move people to tears... well not in a proper emotional way anyway. But FFVII is just such a game that seems to have even the most hardened gamers blubbing in their joypads. If you don't know what I'm talking about then congratulations, you've somehow managed to avoid the most talked about spoiler in the history of gaming. Massive thanks to qazimod for this capture.

Posted by CurryKitten at 20:27:00 08-12-2005

Silent Hill 4 on the PC

Here's the latest in the Silent Hill series, this time all happening in the space of a room, but of course being Silent Hill, there's little portals to hell dimensions and alternate yukky places all over. Once again, Silent Hill Guru SH_Algernon came through to provide all 4 endings.

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:55:00 25-11-2005

Shadow of the Colossus on the PS2

There's more to this game than riding horses over very long bridges, there's the giant stone monster things for starters. This is the ending to one of the mose anticipated games of the year, and another absolute epic. Theories are already rife about the ending - can you link everything together ?

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:55:00 30-10-2005

ICO on the PS2

Quite literally the best game there is on the PS2, the ICO ending is a pure epic, and you'll tell by the size of the clip. 3 different people wanted to give me this clip... including me as an excuse to play through again, but magic L0rd beat us all to it and captured this ending.

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:38:00 26-10-2005

Sudeki on the Xbox

Hero in flames holding sword aloft ? Yes - must be an RPG, of which I think we've almost got all Xbox's ones on here now. This is Sudeki, captured by awesome game finisher magic L0rd, cheers once again to him.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:12:00 19-10-2005

Fable on the Xbox

Believe it or not, this creature represents the good ending - which I'm sure makes you all the eager to see what the evil character could possibly look like. Both endings captured and supplied by magic L0rd , big thanks as usual to him.
19/10/2005 - Updated with different ending !

Halo & Halo 2 on the Xbox

Ok, so Halo isn't the newest game on the block, but it's a genuine classic, and the Legendary ending is not only a bit special, it's also something many people don't get to see. But here it is (along with Halo 2 for completeness), courtesy of Hitcher from www.rllmukforum.com

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:07:00 07-09-2005

FarCry on the PC

While I'm not sure about that shirt going with the little jacket thing, Jack is the star of this ground breaking PC FPS. Was it ground breaking - well, it proved that good FPS's don't have to take place in the dark around endless corridors... at least for some of the game anyway. Captured by our friend, SH_Algernon

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:00:00 23-08-2005

Tales of Symphonia on the Gamecube

There's not many RPG's when at the end of a battle will give you the option to prepare a sandwich. ToS is just such a game, I'll miss that - but 56 hours was enough time spent on it for me.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:13:00 04-08-2005

Psychonauts on the Xbox

This picture shows the final boss, one that's a little hard to describe. Imagine for a second that your brain fell into a vat with someone else's brain and you both imagined your Dad's as evil monsters. Then throw both Dads into a mincer, let them reform and ta da - here's the final boss. Lovely game, and a great ending

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:31:00 28-07-2005

Metroid Prime 1 and 2 on the Gamecube

With thaks to Andrew Mills from www.samus.co.uk, here are the elusive 100% endings to both the Metroid Prime games on the Gamecube. If like me, you finished the game with a lower scan percentage, then you'll notice a resonable difference in these endings

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:55:00 27-07-2005

Doom 3 on the PC

The big question is with Doom 3 is why did the Marines not figure out a way of actually attaching a torch to their guns somehow. Here's the ending, and excellent writeup, to Doom 3, and it's expansion pack Resurrection of Evil captured by resident Silent Hill expert SH_Algernon

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:37:00 23-07-2005

Resident Evil on the Gamecube

Jill flies to freedom at last in the company of what can only be described as two "new age" men. Having survived the zombie onslaught, she rests her head gently against the manly shoulder of Chris who stares uncomfortably forward whilst Barry checks his gun is adequately loaded for the long ride home.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:39:00 18-07-2005

Silent Hill on the Playstation

Does anything really define Silent Hill as well as a slightly demented nurse... no, didn't think so. With a massive thanks to SH_Algernon for all the great captures, here's all 5 endings for the original, and for many the best, Silent Hill game. Of course, it you've seen the other Silent Hill endings on here, then you'd be wise to expect another UFO ending.

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:23:00 14-07-2005

Jade Empire on the Xbox

Mess with my Jade Golem style would you... I'll bury this big axe in your head for that. Yes - just for a change, in this picture the final boss fight has me as the big guy, beating up the small person. We've got all three endings from this oriental RPG.

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:09:00 13-07-2005

Otogi 2 on the Xbox

Run for your lives, it's the dreaded "Nine-Tails Fox"... er, apparantly. Thank the Gods that magic l0rd has given us lots of details about the plot and ending of this game, because it's another I've not played. But it's another one of these difficult hack & slashery games - so enjoy.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:38:00 03-07-2005

Starfox Adventures on the Gamecube

A really nice game that everyone in the world hates except for me. Here's Rare's masterclass on how to draw fur on a bunch of polygons. The ending might not be what you'd expect from an "Adventure".

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:51:00 01-07-2005

Pikmin on the Gamecube

Flower power at last means something other than smelly hippies. I've a real soft spot for this super cute game, and I get really upset when a Pikmin dies... but I choked back the tears and managed to capture this lovely little ending.

Posted by CurryKitten at 00:10:00 29-06-2005

Silent hill 3 on the PC

Don't cry Heather, perhaps it'll all work out fine.... or maybe not, it is Silent Hill afterall. After grabbing us all 7 endings for SH2, SH_Algernon pulls out the stops for us again (thanks !) with captures for all 3 endings of Silent Hill 3. Including the wackiest ending ever seen - go and watch SH3's "Revenge" ending right now.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:06:00 26-06-2005

Conkers Bad Fur Day on the N64

Why does King Conker look so glum ? Perhaps it's the scouse wasps, or the exploding cows or the fact he got beaten up for pissing on a rock creature in a nightclub. These questions answered in the ending for this outstanding N64 game captured for us by magic l0rd.

Posted by CurryKitten at 22:12:00 18-06-2005

Otogi on the Xbox

Yaaa booo for dirty cheap and chaeting boss fights. So for anyone who struggled to get anywhere near the final boss on this game, here's what happens after you beat him. Thanks to magic l0rd once again for capturing another great ending.

Posted by CurryKitten at 22:16:00 05-06-2005

Outrun 2 on the Xbox

Just about the best "pure" arcade racer on the Xbox, but did you know it had a different ending for every possible route ? Well it does, and site regular magic l0rd has gone through them all and captured them.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:34:00 02-06-2005

Eternal Darkness on the Gamecube

Another underated Gamecube gem in the form of Eternal Darkness. We may have all played it and even finished it. But few have done what magic l0rd has done in playing it completely through the 3 times to get this, the complete ending.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:23:00 23-05-2005

Panzer Dragoon Orta on the Xbox

Same old story, girl gets chucked in jail, girl meets dragon and they go on a shooting spree - we've heard this 100 times before. *big winky simley* Another great ending captured here by magic l0rd It's pretty bleak stuff though - hankies at the ready.

Posted by CurryKitten at 22:52:00 14-05-2005

Knights of the Old Republic on Xbox

I feel the force is strong in this one... or some other random Star Wars cliche. KOTOR lets you choose your path. Annoying goody-goodys take the light side, and vindictive pyschopaths the dark side. One game, two endings - both of them here. With thanks to magic l0rd from www.rllmukforum.com for supplying us with the Dark side ending.

Posted by CurryKitten at 21:47:00 10-05-2005

Steel Battalion on Xbox

This is just about the most immersive game I've played... oh, and it's got a big fuck-off controller with it as well with lights, dials, pedals, joysticks... even a button to wash your windscreen. A massive thanks to magic l0rd from www.rllmukforum.com for playing through this game and capturing the ending of this very hardcore title.

Posted by CurryKitten at 23:50:00 08-05-2005

Well, this is the complete ending for Rez when you do finish it properly. Thanks to magic l0rd from the rllmuk forum for capturing this ending.
